God Bless Beef Fat!

I have discovered that the best way to beat that awful Sunday blues (especially after the school hols) is chargrilled beef fat. And they said enlightenment is hard to come by. Here's my formular:

one part T-bone steak air-flown from Oz...chargrilled to perfection
one part incredible squid ink pasta (all home made)
one part crisp summer salad
one glass 1997 Wente
one glass one and the half glass Gin (Bombay sapphire pls!) Tonic and a dash of blue curacao for that lovely blue tint
two shots of Lemoncello
a shot of good hand pulled expresso


Need I say more?
